Facebook has 2 options. However I've only used one. It's a pay per click ad, which revolves around a budget. You make a budget, and how ever many click on it is how much it costs. One day it could cost 20 dollars. another day it could cost 1 dollar. It's all about how many click it and how long you run your campaign for.
